About Us
PT Bank Mizuho Indonesia (“Bank”) was initially established as PT Fuji Bank International Indonesia. The amendments to the Bank’s Articles of Association covered, among others, the change of the Bank’s name from PT Bank Fuji International Indonesia to PT Bank Mizuho Indonesia, as well as changes to the Bank’s capital and compositions of the Boards of Commissioners and Directors, as a result of the merger of PT Bank Dai-Ichi Kangyo Indonesia (BDKI) and PT Bank IBJ Indonesia (IBJ) with PT Fuji Bank International Indonesia, effective as of October 1st, 2001.
